About Your Host:
Rohan Shukla is the Founder & CEO of R21 Performance, a professional development platform that helps junior investment banking and private equity professionals maximize their potential both professionally and personally. R21 combines technical finance training, health and wellness protocols, and social skill development to prepare new hires for the demands of careers in high finance.
Prior to founding R21, Rohan served as the Lead Private Equity Instructor at Wall Street Prep, the industry leader in financial training, where he led programs for organizations including Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, Blackstone, Ares, and TPG.
Rohan brings five years of experience across investment banking and private equity. Most recently, he worked on the Lower Middle Market Investing Team at Main Street Capital in Houston, focusing on growth financings, buyouts, and recapitalizations of founder-led businesses. Previously, he was an associate at TPG Growth in San Francisco within the Software & Enterprise Technology Group, focused on growth-stage SaaS investments. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York within the Technology Coverage Group, advising on M&A and IPO transactions for software and internet companies.
Rohan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Haverford College and will matriculate this fall at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
